The CAWG (which replaced the CACC) as defined by ESHB 1791 2023 has started their meetings, and not surprisingly... is stacked with airline industry advocates (including in some of the 'citizen representative' seats) and all environmental seats are still empty.
We'll stay engaged and see how things progress.
